Currently:
My Sidebar search tab can be toggled between advanced and basic from the menu 
while the sidebar auto open on search feature is located under the browser 
prefs. Users even after exposed to them constantly get confused about the 
location
Recommendation:
While we should not control any (removable) sidebar panel from a non-sidebar 
area at all, at the very least the two control option (basic/advanced and auto 
open) should be grouped together in the same place.
Ideally this would be controlled on the panel itself, or better through 
customize like for each other sb panel
