Here's all the website updates I'm about to check in, in one patch.

By the way, I rolled and posted the tarballs, and I moved the tarballs of the immediately previous releases into archived/ (per a discussion with justdave), so that people don't use any remaining links from yesterday and accidentally download them instead of the safe releases.

Okay, emails all sent, FreshMeat updated, and release done (though Lpsolit still needs to update bugzilla-update.xml when he gets back). I have even bumped the version numbers post-release.
