Details

1. open one tab and load about:sessionrestore 2. crash the browser until the about:sessionrestore window loads at start 3. press the restore previous session button Since there is nothing to restore the browser should just open a new session.

Actually, there was something to restore: the about:sessionrestore you opened in step 1. I don't think special-casing about:sessionrestore in that regard is going to win us anything (except more code to test and maintain), considering that manually navigating to about:sessionrestore isn't supported in the first place. -> WONTFIX
