User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008121621 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008121621 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.5 http://www.journals.uchicago.edu/page/cid/news.html /html/body/div[2]/div[5]/div[2]/div/div[4] or in CSS way #module_NEC_cid .moduleA_body should have left and right border, well it does - if you scroll around middle of the page it is there, but is not the the top nor bottom. When about one third of the content is removed borders are all the way. It does not seem to be related which part of content is taken out, but rather the total height of the page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. http://www.journals.uchicago.edu/page/cid/news.html 2. As page is loading, there is border around the main content region that seems to disappear before page load finishes. 3. Scroll to the middle of the page - border is there, scroll to the end - border is missing. 4. Use Firebug (or any other tool) to remove about one third of the content - now borders are all the way along the main content. Actual Results: Only part of border is visible Expected Results: Whole border should be visible

I can see the issue with FF3.0.6 but not with a Seamonkey 1.9.1 branch build. marking wfm Please reopen if you get the issue with a recent Firefox 3.1 nightly/beta build.
