I was viewing the file in the URL when I noticed that es-ES is not included on "Southern Europe" array.

It should be included as pt-PT (Portuguese (Portugal)), ca (Catalan) are included.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Check the array "Southern Europe"
Actual Results:  
es-ES is not included

Expected Results:  
es-ES should be included on the array (as es-ES (Spanish of Spain) is spoken in Spain which is in Southern Europe)
