We should probably be running all HTTP reftests twice: once cached, once uncached, and setting HTTP headers accordingly.
When running against a clean profile, this is easy: just send "cache this forever" headers and run the test twice in a row.
Not sure how to deal with running against an existing profile...
Note that the font-face code has various bugs that the tests are not catching because we don't do this, as far as I can tell.
