nsPluginEventType_ScrollingBeginsEvent and
nsPluginEventType_ScrollingEndsEvent in nsplugindefs.h are out of sync with their corresponding public constants (NPEventType_ScrollingBeginsEvent) in npapi.h. Since the browser initializes the plugin with the former and the plugin ought to expect the latter, this breaks the NPAPI interface.
