Firefox doesn't load images that the size doesn't match the display size, it displays a black rectangle instead.
This problem was also in version 3.0.5
It is very boaring to navigate in such conditions

It's a bug in your X Server

Why are you sure of that ?
And, why does all those bugs are marked as related to an XAA Xorg property, which is not yet used anymore in recent distributions ?
