Details
This is causing problems for people: the autodection of libIDL seems to be a
bit flaky, and sometimes breaks stuff.
For now, I'd like to remove mozilla/rdf/base/idl from the build for M4.
Mostly this is because my IDL makefile is crappy and isn't ready for primetime.
