adds /QArch6 and /CPU ARM1136
this is what I am using. Not that this will prevent people run running Fennec in the stock emulator.
Do you think we should only do this in opt builds, or in configure so that we have a bit of control?

Are these compile options also for Windows Mobile?
As far as I know Windows Mobile 5.x and 6.x only support ARMV5.
I guess it shouldn't matter as long as the compiler supports it properly and CPU is able to run the instructions.
Funny thing is Windows Mobile OS itself is built for ARMv5.
