If I am not on the network and run netscape6, I keep getting "sidebar.netscape.com not found" alerts every so often. This should become a silent failure.

nav triage team: nsbeta3+ so we come up with some nice solution, don't know what. Need to decide how to do this. Idea. When Sidebar tab, showing the "Loading" with circular arrows message, finally fails, we should not get a pop-up message infront of the browser interrupting work and saying "can not find sidebar.netscape.com" or whatever. Instead, the sidebar tab itself should display that info and offer the user to "reload" or try again. cc'ing German for input, plus some server side folks.

PDT downgrading to P2, and that's only because we see this error frequently even when we are on the network
