i removed disable plugins from my mozconfig, and things didn't die.  We should enabled npapi by default in our builds.

aki, can you fix up the wince mozconfig to _remove_ 

ac_add_options --disable-plugins

This change does enable plugins on windows mobile.

Checked into buildbot-configs, rev 1024:2fb539027f2e

This should get picked up without a reconfig, as the slaves update this dir before copying the mozconfig.

need to verify with a npapi plugin.  we can build a sample or wait until flash or similar appears and fill follow up bugs.
