If you aren't in navigator you can't change the search view. That's stupid.
If you have no sidebar in navigator but have one in mail [w/ search open],
selecting [Navigator]Searc>My Sidebar Search Tab>[Something] changes the search
sidebar in mail! [which is the only way to do it].
If we need a menu, put it next to the button at the bottom of the tab. If you
do nothing, then I will request someone to commit a patch that removes this
feature because it clutters and hampers the ui/ue.

That would actually be intuitive, and consistent with the idea of menus.
