When I try to open a page of local ftp server where was Cyrillic symbols in the link I get error: 550 Failed to change directory
Example of link: ftp://XX.XX.XX.XX/sorted/Вот в чем соль/Ыыыы

Reproducible: Always

Can you retest with the latest test version, for if you are reporting for Firefox 2 it won't be patched anymore for this kind of bugs.
