when embedding a picture into an email the OK / CANCEL buttons on properties
window are not seen and there is no why to resize the window.
Also using TAB to move from field to a field isn't shown.

kfir shay i'm seeing this with the 2000080608 m18 build on win2k after clicking 
the more properties button. I'm attaching a screenshot, is the screenshot what 
you saw when you reported the bug? If you left the dialog under more properties 
mode, closed it, & reopened the dialog the problem goes away & the buttons are 
shown. Is that why you couldn't reproduce it? But if you click the button for 
less properties & then again for more properties while the dialog is open the 
problem shows up again.

I'm attaching a screenshot, is the screenshot the problem you were seeing? Can
you reproduce it under the steps i gave above?
