Details |
If an element borders the right side of the browser window and has an outline (due to it being a focused or active link), a horizontal scrollbar will appear. According to the CSS specs: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/ui.html#dynamic-outlines outlines do not take up space, so a scrollbar should not appear. STR: 1) Load testcase 2) Click on 'Click me!' link 3) Observe scrollbar
