Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pt-BR; rv:1.9.0.6) Gecko/2009020410 Fedora/3.0.6-1.fc10 Firefox/3.0.6

When using authenticated proxy, Firefox show one authentication dialog per connection done at startup. The most painful situation occurs after a Firefox upgrade, when you have one authentication dialog per extension. If you saved your session with "X" tabs opened, so you have to authenticate "X" times too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Firefox to use authenticated proxy
2. Open many tabs and close Firefox saving session
3. Re-open Firefox
Actual Results:
One proxy authentication dialog per tab.

Expected Results:
One master proxy authentication dialog that works for every tabs/connections.

Proxy Squid running on Linux using simple authentication.
