When you drag the website icon (left from http://) in order to drop it into the bookmark toolbar (or in a subfolder of the bookmark toolbar) a tooltip (or "quickinfo") with the sites <title> will appear. This tooltip covers part of the bookmark toolbar so you cannot drop the url there (or in a subfolder at that position). This is *very* annoying.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any website (preferable one with a long <title>).
2. Drag the website icon.
3. Try to drop it in the bookmark toolbar under the address bar.
Actual Results:
A tooltip will appear which covers the bookmar toolbar.
Expected Results:
No tooltip. Alternative the tooltip could vanish when the mouse pointer (in dragging state) hits it (for a few seconds).
