the port is more or less a 1:1 mapping from the old directory structure to a dojo namespace (which is tied to directory structure)

there is not dependency anymore on thirdparty library

neither build profile nor dojo buildscript are part of this bundle, only a minimal set of required dojo files.

elimination of global variables is not part of this patch.  

additionally I made the mousewheel work on firefox as well

I hope I haven't introduced too many bugs !
