I'll see what I can do to make this more accessible, though I would love to find out if we actually have anyone using this (or any other Mozilla developer web site) with accessibility options turned on or via a screen reader.

Yes, we do. Marco Zehe, for example, uses all (or most?) of our developer tools with a screen reader. He's a member of the QA and Accessibility teams.
