There should be a list of all reports for Firefox when you browse to http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byurl/Firefox. The same is true for other products.

This is true not just for byurl but for other reports too.

And, really, if I go to http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byurl it should tell me to select a product and redirect me to http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byurl/$productName

I think the site needs a second tier of navigation. It's was discussed when the global navigation was designed, (but out of scope).

This second tier would provide context sensitive links.
Example:
You on top crashers by url of product A version B
It would have top crash by url links to version C, D, E, Product F and G 
top crash by signature for A version B
MTBF reports for A
A link to the query form
etc
On the MTBF reports page this second tier navigation could have the
"Download as CSV" link

This issue has been resolved with the implementation of the second tier of navigation in the UI update from Socorro 1.5.  All active versions are now selectable, and the secondary navigation for the selected product/version will contain a link to each of the available topcrashers pages for that product/version combo.
