It would be nice to be able to copy a file from the computer using <ctrl> C and then be able to paste it into the attachment window of a newly created email.  Currently you can browse to the files location and attach it to the email, or you can drag a file from another window into the attachment area and get it included in the email, but you can't copy and paste a file into the attachment section.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy a file to the clipboard
2.create a new email
3.attempt to paste the file to the email as an attachment

This may be covered by bug 379186 or bug 335783, though those are more about the content of what is on the clipboard than a file.

Would be great if pasting a FILE from the clipboard would also work by using the SHORTCUT "Ctrl+V" within the composing window (text area and/or attachment area).

Currently pasting a file into the text area with Ctrl+V looks as follows:
file:///C:/TEMP/Test.doc
instead of getting a real attached file Test.doc
