Every time you first start the Browser, the first time (only) you select the Bookmarks Pulldown, rather than showing you the bookmark menu pulldown, it instead pops up the add a bookmark dialogue on the current page you are on. In otherword, the top level bookmark menu falls through to the add a bookmark submenu. After the first use, this behavior resume to normal.

Did not see this 3.05 or earlier. Seems new to 3.06. Happens on office and home system both.
