modem connection versus mozilla starting
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla when NOT connected to the internet
2. Connect to internet using modem software (e.g.,kppp)
3. Try to go to a web site (excluding those in your /etc/hosts file)
Actual Results: I got the standard "cannot find the web site" dialog
Expected Results: Find the indicated web site
I have noticed this problem for a while now but have not reported
it until now.

this may have somethig to do with a bug on DNS service dying after a failure.
Can't remember that bug number...
