mail composer has two cursors one for the destination address and another in the
mail text area

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a new mail msg


Actual Results:  two flashing cursors

Expected Results:  one only on destination address

looks like regression - bug 22888 was about this. (Dups there were reported to
happen on MSWindows as well, the OS tag was for some reason not changed
however.) 22888 marked fixed on Jan. 31st.

Bug 48398 was also recently filed about this.
