Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to http://store.mozilla.org
2.Click on "T-shirts"
3.select any T-shirt like "Men's Firefox 3 T-shirt"
4.Select a size and add to the cart
5.Click "continue shopping"
6.Add the same item again to the cart

expected result:
The qty of the item in the cart increments to 2

actual result:
Each time the user adds the same item,it is listed as a separate item in the cart.
