Printing Wikipedia page "Scalable Vector Graphics" consistently hangs Camino (spinning beachball) requiring a force quit.  Other Wiki pages print without problems.  Printing same page in Safari or Firefox works fine.  I reported this to Wikimedia and was told the wiki page probably contains a SVG image that Camino is not handling properly.  Not their problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.link to Wikipedia
2.go to page for Scalable Vector Graphics
3.try to print that page
Actual Results:  
spinning beachball

Expected Results:  
page printed

Does the same thing happen in Camino 2.0b? (I'm assuming you're referring to Firefox 3 when you say "Firefox works fine".) You'll want to back up your profile if you intend to go back to Camino 1.6.x, since Camino 2.x versions will make irreversible changes to the profile that aren't backwards-compatible with earlier versions.

This is very likely a WORKSFORME with 2.x unless we know exactly what Core bug fixed this.

I'm running Camino 1.6; I haven't tried Camino 2.0b.  I'm not sure I want to get involved with a beta version right now.  However, if you tell me this is fixed in 2.0, I could try it.  But I can also live without it, since it was not a critical problem.  The version of Firefox I used is 3.06.

I can reproduce a hang in 1.6.6 but not in 2.0b2.  I don't foresee anything in the Gecko printing code being fixed on that branch at all, so I'm going to close this WFM in 2.0b2.

William, for information about the changes in 2.0b2, see http://preview.caminobrowser.org/  If you see something there that makes you interested in trying the beta versions, please do be sure to back up your profile (~/Library/Application Support/Camino) folder before trying, as Chris suggested.
