Open All in Tabs Empty Folder Screen Shot
Right-Clicking in any selected empty Places folder shows the "Open All in Tabs" option. Using this function results in a blank window on the browser. In this situation, the user just isn't going to need to use "Open All in Tabs" because there is nothing to open.

could you post your build id please?
bug 431153 could change this behavior, adding a dependancy for now
