481540 - Long "hang" generating print preview for pathological testcase (can't Cancel)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the testcase in bug 470978
2. File -> Print Preview

ACTUAL RESULTS
Browser is locked up for about 5 minutes on a mid-range desktop PC
(2.66GHz Core2 CPU).

The dialog that is displayed while Print Preview is processing needs
to have a Cancel button to abort the operation.  It would be nice
if it also could give feedback on how many pages have been generated
so far (the testcase above generates 20284 pages) so the user can
see that the browser is still processing pages or just hanging.

This still happens on Windows and Mac.
