I believe this is a generic browser problem with all languages. If the title bar cannot display the international characters, it should just display the URL or something. It shouldn't display question marks. The same thing happens with a Japanese title on an English system for instance.

Does anyone agree with me that this is a general problem with international pages on an English system, not just Arabic?

Noone is reading my comments. This is not an Arabic only problem. This is all NLS.

this is a widget issue. The widget should display unicode by using GFX.
