Page Bookmarked box appears the first time you click on Bookmarks in the Toolbar. It only happens the first time. Clicking Bookmarks again, and all subsequent Bookmarks clicks, opens the Bookmarks drop down menu as it should.
I have tried doing a search in Google first, navigating to a search result, to multiple results, doing several searches/results, and THEN trying a Bookmarks click. Still get the same problem, doesn't matter what you have done before clicking Bookmarks. Closing and restarting Firefox does not clear or reset the behavior. Only if you shut down and reboot the PC will the behavior repeat.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Click on Bookmarks for the first time
3. You can do anything else in Firefox before clicking Bookmarks, doesn't change results
4. Restarting the PC will reset the problem cycle
Actual Results:
Exactly as described above. Created multiple test scenarios as outlined above to determine any triggers, but the only causative factor appears to be the first-time click. Doesn't matter if the mouse is held still or not, CPU load or other apps open does not have any effect on the behavior, it's 100% all the time.
Expected Results:
The correct response to a single left-click on the mouse should be to drop down the Bookmarks menu, and NOT attempt to create a Bookmark by instead opening the Page Bookmarked box
