The page is supposed to have 2 horizontal rulers and the input box of a form
(one without a submit button), mozilla just doesn't show it...
the page itself has the following general warning:
Warning: some v.4 beta browsers appear to be fatally broken and fail to display the
 <ISINDEX> data entry panel in HTML files. This is unfortunate, as <ISINDEX> is
part of
 HTML Level 1.0 and is mandated for Web browsers. Complain to the manufacturer
 and use a different browser: all the others seem to work just fine.Warning:
