We have some internal code, including serialization code, for units that we don't actually support and were never in any CSS spec that I know of. We should just remove them. I noticed this in code coverage of nsCSSDeclaration at http://people.mozilla.org/~mnandigama/codecoverage/src/layout/style/nsCSSDeclaration.cpp.gcov.html
