We should create a specific "whatsnew" page for nightly users who are upgraded from Firefox 3.1b4pre to Firefox 3.5b4pre. I'll be writing this text and creating the page, with help from beltzner on messaging.
I made up a page for this a couple days ago based on the Minefield start page.
