44592 for General UI clean up of the Search dialog was nsbeta3-. This bug is the the one item from that bug that was mark P1 during the UE Mail group review. 10. Descriptive text in the Conditions box needs to be changed (currently using the Filters text) to "Search for messages which:". (P1) The text from the filters dialog which the search dialog is currently using is: "When new messages arrive in my Inbox, watch for messages that:" This doesn't make sense in the Search dialog context and will potentially confuse users.
