482650 - Pressing "View Saved Passwords" button results in "Page Load Error" (File Not Found)

Pressing "View Saved Passwords" button on the "Security" tab in the "Page Info" window shows the "Page Load Error" (File Not Found) window instead of password manager window. Invoking password manager from Tools -> Password Manager -> Manage Stored Password works fine.

The file jar:file:///F:/Program Files/mozilla.org/SeaMonkey/chrome/comm.jar!/content/communicator/wallet/SignonViewer.xul cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.

    * Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
    * Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
    * Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Page Info" window.
2. Go to "Security" tab.
3. Press "View Saved Passwords" button.
Actual Results:  
The "Page Load Error" (File Not Found) window is showing.

Expected Results:  
Password manager window showing.

I can confirm it with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090311 SeaMonkey/2.0b1pre
