SeaMonkey needs a "Session Restore" component for bugs related to the Session Restore service. 

Description: "For bugs in the SeaMonkey session restore functionality"

We agreed to do this in the last status meeting: https://wiki.mozilla.org/SeaMonkey:StatusMeetings:2009-03-10 so OKed from the project leadership POV, thanks for filing it.
