Whenever Firefox is called and the browser shows up, the first click on the Bookmarks menu on the menu bar will excite the "Bookmark This Page" command instead of showing the pull down menu.  This has caused unwanted page bookmarked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click Mozilla Firefox icon to call up Firefox 3.0.7
2. Place pointer over Bookmarks menu on the menu bar
3. Click on Bookmarks menu
Actual Results:  
Bookmark This Page command is called.

Expected Results:  
Pull down menu of Bookmarks
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
