For bug 478952 comment 36, we need to define the start page for the pager element on https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html . From what /js/mozilla-pager.js looks like, it is currently possible to select a random start page but not a specific one. CCing clouserw for input because the code is used on more pages than the one it is needed for here.

This allows setting the default page in the pager by adding the class "default-page" to the page content div. If none is set, it defaults to page 0 (= the current behavior). Note that I had to work around the "page-..." IDs here, please let me know if you see a more elegant way to do it.
