Build ID: 2000080908 Steps to Reproduce: (1) Switch to the Classic skin (2) Go to a page long enough to force a vertical scrollbar (e.g. mozilla.org) (3) Right click on the page and choose Stop from the context menu (4) Start scrolling the page (with the slider or the arrow buttons) The background of the scrollbar changes to gray wherever you move the slider.

Yeah, it does, but it's not a big deal. Recommend future.
