We need to rename the test run, as well as figure out a way to change references to 3.1 in the test cases on the back end.
coop ran a db query to change all instances of 3.1 to 3.5. testruns were renumbered, subgroups renumbered. it's easiest to do it at the db level.

Verified fixed, I see the change in the Litmus UI.
