Goto a form with a single text input box (like the one on http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/individual.html). Type some text into the input box until the text is forced to start to scrolling. Then either submit the form, or follow any link on the page. When the requested page loads, press the back button to see the form. The cursor tries to be at the end of the text in the input box. But since the text is longer than the box's length, the cursor will be seen blinking outside the box (on top of the submit button or whatever else is there). This is purely cosmetic, any keystrokes will restore the display properly.
