I can not seem to find the way to enable me to "print selections" from a web page (any web page, but I went to one and put it in the URL above. When I view the print summary option I don't see any way or selection to change. Basically, I want to select just a few paragraphs and print those (print selection, not print pages). Thanks.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.fish.state.pa.us/pafish/fishhtms/chap11.htm
2. read about the interesting fish, then select a paragraph that you like best.
3. to to the file menu, choose print.
4. Print the Selection (the paragraph) that you just selected.
Actual Results:
Nothing, it doesn't print selections for me at all. Have to go back to Safari or Firefox to do that, Camino doesn't "print selection"
Expected Results:
I expect to be able to print the selection about the River Chub, but can't seem to do that.
Instead, I should have a choice to "print the selection", which I don't.
If this enhancement is already covered, I appologize, I just can't find it. Additionally, it is not in FAQ or the Help or the Hidden Preferences as far as I can find.

What OS version are you using? I see "Print Selection Only" as the very first option in the Camino section of the Print dialog.
This is almost certainly bug 303548.

First, I have been using Camino (was using Firefox but I have found Camino faster) for awhile, and I have never seen "Print Selection".
So, I read bug 303548, so I did the following test.
1. Rebooted my computer.
2. Opened up Camino
3. Went directly to bugzilla.mozilla.org
4. Selected some text with the mouse.
5. File->Print and looked for "Print Selection" but found nothing close.
I didn't open a PDF, and I don't think there are any plugins at bugzilla.mozilla.org, so not sure if that helps.

When you got to step 5 (in comment 6), did you see a "Camino" option in the popup menu in the middle of the Print dialog? The menu I'm referring to is just below the "Pages: (*)All () From [ ] to [ ]" part.

Sort of. The direct answer is no, nothing below the "Pages: (*)All...". However, I was surprised to see "Camino" offered as an option on the third pull down, just second to the bottom on the list. I swear I haven't seen it before, and in the selection is a "print selection" choice. The options were not in the summary before either.
Remembering the info I got on Bug 303548, I then went to another web site, pulled down a pdf document, viewed it, and then tried to print selection on the web page. The "Camino" option in the pull down selection box was now gone. So, selection is not a part of the print window (below the "Pages: (*)All..." but I guess it sometimes is a pull down selection box option. I assume this means that it is a repeat of bug 303548.
(FYI, the difference between now and the test I did in comment #6, I also emptied my cache before rebooting, but I don't know if that is relevant).

Yeah, the lack of that option at all is definitely a dupe of the other bug; the failure to see it in the first place is just a simple oversight on your part, I guess ;)
I'll just dupe this to the other, and now you know where to look in the future :)
