If I stop a load of a page at the right time (apparently after the new page has
started to come in, but it isn't renderable yet - bar at bottom was 50%, for the
little that's worth), I'm left with a Mozilla window that doesn't refresh. Put
another window on top of it, and then bring the Mozilla window to front, and the
HTML pane of the Mozilla window will still have whatever bits were in the
framebuffer. Ditto for moving the window, etc.
It's not easy to re-create; it probably requires a slow or bursty server and
HTML that can't be rendered until the entirety of a table comes in.

Re-verified with www.cnn.com - stopped load after before any part of the page
started rendering, but after data started to be received (and then stalled).
The main HTML window then would not refresh, it showed left-over garbage when
sent to back and brought back to front, etc.
Possibly related: the Location (URL) widget would not let me type after stopping
the load of cnn. I could move the cursor with the mouse and drag-select, but
keys did nothing. Nothing broke it out (including selecting other windows, etc)
until I hit reload.
