This is perhaps the single most useful capability we have added to Yahoo! Bugzilla in the last two years.  It's hard to describe how very handy it is to see bug activities with the associated comments.

We're porting our required capabilities to a fresh copy of (now) Bugzilla 3.2.3, and I'm about to merge in our inline comments.  This is a change that's mostly separate from other things we do, so it's a good candidate for going upstream at this time.

I will be submitting the patch, but as with almost everything we're going to push upstream, it's a team effort.  Notably in this case, Rohit Chaudhary and Pete Peterson did the heavy lifting on figuring this out.

This is certainly one of the oldest enhancement requests we still have so a patch to implement this would be more than welcome!
