I didn't see it listed. When I try to download files and lose internet connection, I restart them later and they start from the beginning. I tend to use Opera for downloads more because of this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download a file 2. Disable internet connection 3. Restart file Actual Results: File starts from beginning Expected Results: File should start where it stopped, like in Opera
