User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7
Where is the Download Manager Component? I didn't see it listed.
When I try to download files and lose internet connection, I restart them later and they start from the beginning. I tend to use Opera for downloads more because of this.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Disable internet connection
3. Restart file
Actual Results:
File starts from beginning
Expected Results:
File should start where it stopped, like in Opera

Can you try this on 1.9.1-latest ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-1.9.1/ and latest-trunk ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/
I'm pretty sure there's a bug filed for this...
