In bug 479901 we're connecting multi-touch tablet gestures up in various ways. The Fx simple gestures interface supports some gestures like swipes which should map to the older tablet flicks messages in windows. While the default commands built into windows match up well, we support command customization of some gestures through prefs (navigate back/forward for example). So for completeness flicks that match simple gestures should be mapped.
I'm splitting this out until we get our compile/sdk selection stuff finished up in bug 472093.
