Verified FIXED on https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Contributor+Home+Page, logged in and out (and it took _forever_ for the CSS to expire).

Yeah, might have to do with the Minify patch. I fix this locally by clearing that cache as well. I wonder if it's cleared on push? Maybe we should discuss a separate script for clearing it if it isn't?
