RSS feeds show Subject, From, Sender, Reply-To, Date, To AND "content-transfer-encoding". I don't need the latter one.

Go into Edit > Preferences > Advanced > General and click on Config Editor.
Search for mailnews.headers.extraExpandedHeaders, is anything set there?

Yes that did the trick ;) Maybe it was some addon which added those extra headers "x-enigmail-version content-transfer-encoding openpgp x-mimeole x-bugzilla-reason x-php-bug"?! I cleared it and now it displays correctly without the extra infos.

Some of these are set by enigmail at least.
