48522 - app crashed when "Create Account" button was pressed

I was trying to create a new account to report bugs. I entered my e-mail 
address and clicked the "Create Account" button. The application froze; 
only way to get out was to force-quit.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Did exactly what I did before, except I started from a fresh reboot, and had 
no other apps running.

Actual Results:  Browser froze, as before.

Expected Results:  Should have submitted the e-mail address properly 
instead of crashing.

I tried this on MacOS 9.0 build 2000081504 and it seemed to pause for about 4 
seconds with the button pressed, but continued with no problems after that 
period of time. This was on a G3 266 Power Macintosh

I tried to reproduce on the following builds/platforms:
Marking VERIFIED FIXED on:
- MacOS86   2000-08-19-08 Commercial
- Win98     2000-08-21-04 Commercial
- LinuxRH62 2000-08-21-06 Commercial

and had no problems.  Could you download the latest build and try to reproduce? 
If it is still happening for you, I'll move this bug to NEW. If I don't hear back 
from you by Thursday, August 24, I will close out this bug.

[e-mail]: do you see this still happening with the latest 
builds?

Closing this out as worksforme. Since none of us can reproduce this bug, 
and the reporter seems to have stopped responding. Reporter: If you still 
see this with a current build, please reopen.
